These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to, browsing of, and use of the official IDUN Jewellery website (the “Website”), as well as the purchase of products offered through it (the “Products”).
The Products offered through the Website include, without limitation:
- Gold jewellery;
- Pieces featuring gemstones, pearls, natural or synthetic stones;
- Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and accessories;
- Handcrafted jewellery pieces;
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces; and
- Any other jewellery or accessory products published by IDUN Jewellery on the Website.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Website, the user agrees to these Terms, together with all other applicable policies published by IDUN Jewellery, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or purchasing Products.
1. Legal Capacity
Products offered through the Website are available only to individuals with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
Minors may only purchase Products with the involvement, supervision, or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

- Authenticity Certificate means the document issued by IDUN Jewellery confirming the authenticity and essential characteristics of a piece.
- Manufacturing Defect means a fault attributable to the production process, including soldering, settings, authenticity, structural issues, or hidden finishing defects.
- Refund means reimbursement permitted only in cases such as manufacturing defects, products not fit for purpose, or failure to match what was offered.
- Technical Assessment means the specialist inspection carried out by IDUN Jewellery to determine product suitability, defects, evidence of use, mishandling, third-party intervention, or exposure to external agents.
- Store Credit means credit issued by IDUN Jewellery as an alternative to a refund. Store credit is personal, non-transferable, and valid for ninety (90) calendar days unless otherwise required by law.
- Customised or Made-to-Order Product means any product made specifically for a customer, including special sizing, engravings, custom designs, initials, or bespoke settings.
4. Website Use
Users may browse the Website freely without creating an account.
To process an order, IDUN Jewellery may request information necessary to complete the transaction, including:
- Full name;
- Identification details where required;
- Phone number and email address;
- Delivery address;
- Recipient details (if different from purchaser);
- Payment method; and
- Optional billing details.
Providing this information and confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all applicable policies.
Purchases may be completed as a guest checkout unless user account functionality is available.
5. Product Sales
The Website has been designed to facilitate access to and purchase of Products offered directly by IDUN Jewellery through its physical boutique, digital channels, or both.
All purchases are subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
5.1 Product Types
IDUN Jewellery products are valued based on design, craftsmanship, gemstones, finishes, and overall jewellery value. The gold weight in grams is not the sole determinant of product value.
Product information displayed on the Website may include:
- Materials;
- Measurements;
- Approximate weight;
- Finishes;
- Gemstone details;
- Pricing; and
- Reference images.
All prices are displayed in the applicable store currency and include taxes where required unless otherwise stated.
Images are for reference purposes only. As products are handcrafted and may contain natural materials, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, weight, or appearance may occur.
These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Custom-made pieces will be produced according to the specifications agreed with the customer.
5.2 Availability and Order Confirmation
All Products are subject to stock availability or production capacity.
In exceptional circumstances where a Product becomes unavailable or cannot be manufactured as requested, IDUN Jewellery may:
- Offer an equivalent product;
- Propose a revised delivery timeframe; or
- Provide a refund where applicable.
Production timeframes for made-to-order products are estimates only and may vary due to workshop workload, supplier delays, design complexity, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
5.3 Purchase Process
To complete a purchase, the customer must:
- Add Products to the cart;
- Complete the checkout process;
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Accept these Terms and applicable policies; and
- Receive an order confirmation from IDUN Jewellery.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate.
6. Payment Methods
Products may be purchased using the payment methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.
6.1 Online Payment Gateway
Payments made through the Website are securely processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.
IDUN Jewellery does not store or have access to customers’ card details or sensitive financial information.
Transactions remain subject to approval by the issuing bank and payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is rejected, flagged, or not successfully confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
IDUN Jewellery reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel promotions due to operational, commercial, or force majeure circumstances.

Errors, delays, duplicate charges, or payment gateway failures caused by banks, payment providers, or technology services are outside the control of IDUN Jewellery.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
All exchange, refund, store credit, and warranty requests are governed by the IDUN Jewellery Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All requests are subject to eligibility requirements and technical assessment.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped using specialised courier services selected based on security and traceability standards.
Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and service availability are determined according to destination, order size, and operational conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside the Company’s control.
Once a Product has been delivered to the customer or an authorised recipient, responsibility for the Product transfers to the recipient.
IDUN Jewellery is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Formation of Contract
Products displayed on the Website constitute invitations to purchase only.
A contract is formed only once IDUN Jewellery validates and confirms the order.
The Company may verify:
- Payment authorisation;
- Payment confirmation;
- Customer identity and fraud prevention checks;
- Product availability; and
- Pricing or listing errors.
